Mr. Milton Randy Williams, 69, of Albany, Georgia departed this life on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Dublin VA Hospital in Dublin, Georgia.

Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in in the 2nd Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, 1010 Old Pretoria Road, Albany, Georgia 31701.

Meadows Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Milton Randy Williams was born July 7, 1955, the youngest of six children to Robert and Annie Pearl Williams in Sylvester, Georgia who both preceded him in death. He attended school in the Dougherty County School System. At the age of eighteen, Milton joined the United States Army where he served his country for more than a decade. After leaving the military with an honorable discharge, he was employed as a dock worker and truck driver. Milton returned back to Albany, GA and resided there until he experienced health complications. He then became a resident of Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA where he passed.

Milton had three siblings who preceded him in death; Robert Williams Jr., Roy Williams, and Lorraine Williams. He is survived by two sisters, Annie Lois Williams (Joseph Gains) of Albany, GA and Mary Jackson (Michael Jackson) of Columbus, GA.

Milton leaves to cherish his memories his wife of forty eight years; Johnnie Williams of Albany, GA and three daughters; Sherinita Simmons of Griffin, GA, Kathy Beausejour (Obed Beausejour) of Tampa, FL, and Elizabeth Williams of Elizabethtown, KY. He also leaves behind an adopted son; Ricky Jackson (Kimberly Jackson) of Albany, GA and two grandchildren; Johnathan Williams of Clearwater, FL and Nala Jordan of Griffin, GA. In addition, he leaves three step-sons. He was further blessed to have a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends.
