Bernard’s Eatonton Chapel announces the transitioning of Derrick Lamont Thompkins originally of Eatonton, Georgia.

Viewing and Visitation will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 4-6 p.m. here at our Eatonton Chapel, 103 Willie Bailey Street, Eatonton, GA 31024.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Herbert Stokes Gymnasium at Putnam County Middle School, 140 Sparta Highway, Eatonton, 31024. Internment and committal services will follow Saturday at Eastside City Cemetery, 124 Hogan Boulevard, Eatonton, GA 31024.
