OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Opelousas, LA for Mrs. Eulaly Mae LeDay, 31, who entered eternal rest on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Oschner Medical Center Main Campus in New Orleans, LA.

Rev. Gerald Toussaint, Pastor of Morning Star Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Mrs. LeDay’s memories are being cherished by: her husband, Donald LeDay of Cut Off, LA; mother, Roselyn Canoy of Filipino; adopted mother, Violeta M. Vabahug of Illinois; one son, Eudon LeDay of Cut Off, LA; three sisters, Choi Canoy Reveral, Yhell Tapere and Noreli May, all of Filipino; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father and her brother.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church.
