In loving memory of Andrew M. Prestley, born November 27, 1973, in Youngstown, OH. Andrew transitioned into eternity on May 28, 2025, leaving behind a legacy stitched together with laughter, love, and a spirit that could light up any room.

Andrew, affectionately known to many for his loving antics, was a man full of life, love, and an eternal joy that knew no bounds. He found his groove in rap music and movies, all while cheering on his beloved Chicago Bears. His heart was as big as his smile, and he cherished every moment spent hanging out with family and friends.

A proud graduate of The Rayen School, Andrew embodied the spirit of community. His hands were often found planting seeds in the community garden at Layfette, nurturing both plants and relationships.

Andrew is survived by his father, Charles Lewis; sisters Patricia “Nee Nee” Prestley and Etta Bell, and his dear aunt, Patricia Prestley. Together, they navigate a world that feels a little dimmer without him.

He was reunited with his mother Cynthia Prestley and grandmother Etta Prestley who preceded him in death.

In honor of Andrew’s life, a memorial service will be held at a later date, where friends and family will gather to celebrate his journey and reminisce about the joy he brought us. Details will be shared to honor a man who taught us to live fully, love fiercely, and always find joy in the little things.
