Ms. Ethel Hamilton Blackmon was called to spend eternality with her heavenly father on May 29, 2025.

She made her transitioned peacefully at the Lakeside Health & Rehabilitation Center.

She was born April 3, 1942 in Chesterfield County, South Carolina to the late Thomas C. Hamilton and Ada Sellers Hamilton.

A visitation has been scheduled at 12:30 PM at A.E. Grier & Sons Chapel 2310 Statesville Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28206 on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Following the funeral service will being at 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Reverend Ellison Bowman, officiating.

The Interment will take place at Gethsemane Cemetery and Memorial Gardens 1504 W. Sugar Creek Road, Charlotte, NC 28262.

Repass at the home of Everett Blackmon 11526 Hattie Little Street, Charlotte, NC 28269.
