Thelma Inez Harris-Elsani,78, of New Bern and native of Moore County, North Carolina passed Saturday, June 7, 2025.

She is survived by her daughters, Kerstyn Harris, New Bern and Kandyce Harris, Newark, NJ; sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
