Worth Cornelius Clark, 89 of Bowie, Texas went from life to life on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 11th, at White Family Funeral Home in Bowie, TX from 6pm-8pm.

Funeral services take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 12th, at the White Family Funeral Home, with Jimmy Davis officiating.

Burial will follow at Alvord Cemetery.

Worth was born November 1, 1935 in Fort Worth, TX to Worth Douglas Clark and Violet Alvis Linley Clark. He was raised in his beloved community of Tater Hill (Arlington). Married to the love of his life, Adrin Gay Roberson in Fort Worth, TX on January 15, 1954. They raised their four daughters in Arlington, TX. He played softball as a pitcher for Tate Springs Baptist Church, Tarrant Road Baptist Church, American Airlines and Ben E. Keith. He loved to fish and was an avid coon hunter where he won many trophies. His hobbies included raising cattle and horses, taking family camping vacations in Colorado and gardening. He was a carpet installer for 40+ years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Worth Douglas Clark and Violet Alvus Linley Clark; sisters, Martha Linda Stevens and Cynthia Gay Pittman; brother, David Eugene Clark; sister-in-law, Lois Marie Clark; brother-in-law, Jean Francois Fehlbaum; grandson, Trace Lee Sexton.

Worth is survived by his wife, “babe” of 71 years Adrin Gay Roberson Clark; sister, Brenda Kay Fehlbaum; brothers-in-law, James Virgil Stevens and Jerry Michael Pittman; daughters, Deborah Ann Martin (Randy), Valerie Lynn Bailes (Lester), Joni Gayle Clark (Bill Ring), Tammy Renee Bolling (Bruce); grandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Sexton, Brittney Amanda Porter (Chris), Derek Miles Martin, Sarah Elizabeth Miller (Timmy), Shelby Elizabeth Kline (Justin), Kelsey Taylor Bailes, Savannah Sage Bolling, Cheyenne Miller Williams (Keeton), Caitlin Baylee Bailes, Cameron Sierra Bolling; great-grandchildren, Jared Wyatt Sexton, Colton Lane Sexton, Magnolia Autumn Martin, Cadence Remy Porter, Henry Randolph Kline, Violet Elizabeth Kline, Weston Worth Williams, Leo Arroyo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
