Obituary For Walter LeRoy Adams

MR. WALTER LEROY ADAMS- Age 76, - Of Chattanooga, Tennessee and formerly of Ringgold, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Mose Adams and Flora Tremble Adams, three sisters, and six brothers.

He is survived by his special companion, Eva Dillard; children, Tina Scott, Walter Lee (Teresa) Adams, Loice (Ricardo) Butts, Michelle Powell; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Smith, Lula Mae Wheeler, of Chattanooga, Tennessee; brother, Mose Charles Adams of Ringgold, Georgia; eight grandchildren, Gary Starling, Katrina Brown, Timothy Favors, Jacqueline Adams, Lakeisha Powell, Umeka Powell, Charlie Presley, Jr., and Ricardo Butts, Jr.; ten great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Mount Peria Baptist Church, 341 Sparks Street, Ringgold, Georgia, with Pastor Edward Ellis as Eulogist. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Ringgold Community Cemetery.
