MR. JARVIS RAY BLANKENSHIP – Age 61, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2018 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Wylene Elizabeth Blankenship, and dear friend, Garrison Wagner.

He is survived by the mother of his children, Jan Blankenship of Forks, Washington; two sons, Aaron Blankenship of Chatsworth, Georgia and Joshua Blankenship of Forks; three daughters, Amy Blankenship of Forks, Grace Holiday of Ellensburg, Washington, and Emily Gould of Boulder, Colorado; sixteen grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; sister, Carin Cowan of Dalton, Georgia; two nieces, Shana Jamrok and Brianna Sabat; nephew, Sonny Cowan; special friend, Alton Wagner; a host of other relatives and friends.
