Geter - Mr. James Richard (Ricky) Geter, Jr., formerly of Kingsland, Georgia, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He is the son of the late James Richard Geter, Sr. and the son of proud parents today, Curtis and Eleanor Jones. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025, 11AM, at First African Missionary Baptist Church, 495 N. Lee Street, Kingsland, Georgia. There will not be a wake. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the start of the service. Interment will be held, Monday, June 16, 2025, 1:30PM, at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida.
