Funeral service for Stanley Benkoye, 58, of Auburn, AL, will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, 1535 West Farmville Road, Auburn, AL, 36830 with interment in the church cemetery, Reverend Dion Gilbert, Pastor, Reverend William Gadberry, Officiating.

Mr. Benkoye, who passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Arbor Lake Health and Rehab Center in Auburn, Alabama, was born November 20, 1966, in Igbariam, Nigeria.

Public viewing will be Friday, June 20, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Mr. Benkoye will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory: two children, Stanley T. Benkoye of Auburn, AL and Precious Benkoye of Milwaukee, WI; one sister, Maureen Nwachukwu Nnenanya of Nigeria; two brothers, Larry Chibuzor Nnaemeka Okoye of Hessen, Germany and Otito Stanley Nnaemeka Okoye of Nigeria; mother of his two children, Denise Benkoye of Auburn, AL; a host of other relatives and friends.
