Hattie “ Hippy” Mae Williams, 71, passed on Monday, June 16, 2025 at Carolina East Medical Center.

Viewing hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Wednesday at Oscar's Mortuary.

Her Service is 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Guildfield Missionary Baptist Church. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

Hattie is survived by her children, Shannon Dickens, Norfolk, VA, Keena Halsey, New Bern, NC, and Anoki Ibn Dickens, Roanoke, VA; four brothers, Floyd Dickens, William Clark, Jimmy Clark and Larry Clark; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
