John Robert Dixon, 75, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, transitioned to their Heavenly home on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, in the comfort of their home surrounded by their loving family.

Born on November 5, 1949, in Rock Hill, John Robert was the son of the late Alex and Lizzie Helen Hughes Dixon.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, located at 4082 Mockingbird Lane, Rock Hill, SC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at 645 Rockwell Circle in Rock Hill.

Services are entrusted to Parker Funeral Home.
