OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church in Opelousas, LA for Mrs. Rochelle Lewis, 59, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Interment will be in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Opelousas, LA.

Rev. Marshall Green, Pastor of Emma Zion Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Mrs. Lewis’ memories are being cherished by: her husband, Isaiah Lewis of Opelousas, LA; two sons, Isaiah Guilbeaux and Marcus (Jovan) Guilbeaux, both of Opelousas, LA; three brothers, John Guilbeaux and Kenneth Guilbeaux, both of Beaumont, TX and Ronald (Ella) Guilbeaux of Arnaudville, LA; one sister, Sheila Laws (Ricky) of Richmond, TX; six grandchildren, Jmariyah, Desariah, Jayhlea, Jamayrah and Isaiah, III; and a host of a nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents, Arthur and Loretta Stelly Guilbeaux; one son, Jeremiah Guilbeaux; and one brother, Roland Guilbeaux.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church.
