Obituary For Bradetta Nicole Blackwell

MRS. BRADETTA NICOLE BLACKWELL- Age 32, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018. She was born on December 31, 1985 to Charlene Michelle Truitt and the late Brad Blackwell. She was a 2004 graduate from the Chattanooga School of Arts and Science. Her maternal grandparents, Lillie Belle Truitt and Charlie Jones Truitt, and great grandparents, Robert Blackwell, Rachel Blackwell, and Annie Truitt, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Dagg of Aventura, Florida; son, Justice Antonio Mathews of Dallas, Texas; mother, Charlene Michelle Jones; two sisters, Tyus Vee Jones and Kline S. Jones of Chattanooga, Tennessee; five brothers, Caravelle, Carzelle of Ohio, Scott Blackwell, Shannon Blackwell, and Jermaine Blackwell of Dalton, Georgia; grandparents, Delores (Robert “Bob”)Jones; three aunts, Jetuiin (Frank) Mcleod of Vidalia Georgia, ReeAnn (Min. O’Bryant) Macon of Cartersville, Georgia, and Tracia (Jeff) Coats of LaFayette, Georgia; two uncles, Michael Morris and Charles Truitt of LaFayette; mother-in-law, Janet Cousin; sister-in-law, Jacqueline Wallace and Jasmine Dagg; stepfather, George Larry Jones of Chattanooga; two best friends, Shari Brewer of Atlanta, Georgia and Jabrae Watts of Chattanooga; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Celebration the Life Service for Bradetta will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. in the Chapel with Min. Kelvert Scruggs, Min. Eric K. Jones, and other ministers. Nicole was the love of my son, Joe Dagg’s life. Always loving and kind, she was a jewel that everyone fell in love with. She is gone from this earth but will always remain in our hearts. ❤️
