The Celebration of Life Service in loving memory of Ms. Nettie Copeland Green (Tiny) will be held 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2504 Chipco Street, Tampa with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr., Pastor. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ms. Nettie Copeland Green (Tiny) was born July 6, 1954 in Seffner, Florida to the late Comer Copeland Sr. and Nadine Williams. She attended Hillsborough County public schools, graduating from Middleton High School class of 1971. She was employed with Tampa Housing Authority for many years. She later became employed with Hillsborough County Transportation as a School Bus Driver for 28 years and a manager at Walmart for over 10 years.

In her life she met and loved everyone, and any and everybody knew she loved her Tampa Bay Buccaneers and playing cards.

She was an active member of St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church serving with Choir #1. On Thursday, June 19, 2025, the Lord whispered to His angel to enter her eternal rest.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Comer and Nadine and special people in her life…Dacquiri Crawford, Carla McCall, Evelyn Bailey Simmons, and Ernest Calhoun.

She leaves to cherish her fondest memories: her Loving and Devoted only child, A. “Candi” Turner; Grandson, Antonio Williams Jr.; Granddaughter, Aubrey Turner; great-grand, An’Del Williams; 2 brothers; Comer Copeland Jr. (Blanche), Andre Menyweathers; 1 nephew, Devin Copeland (Christie); 1 niece, Courtney Copeland (Alana); 2 cousins which were more like a Sister and Niece, Inez Washington and Tangerlia Williams (Greg); friends more like Sisters, Sarah Worlds, Lynda Jackson and Beaurie Pearson; Children she nurtured, Yura Bolden, Yaphett Bolden (Renae), Reginald Bolden (Marissa) and Juran Bolden (Carmalita); a host of loving God Children, family and friends with special mention Oak Park Seniors On the Move, L.I.F.E, Dionne Moragne, and GTG Tampa.

Public Visitation for Ms. Nettie Copeland Green will take place on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Chapel, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa 33605.
