Ernest I. Miller, 76, passed on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at his home in Wood Leaf, NC.

His Memorial Service will be held 4:30 PM, Saturday, July 5, 2025 at the William Frost Park, Maysville, NC.

He is survived by sisters, Emma Hill of New Bern, NC, Annice Purdie of Brooklyn, NY, Hattie Carter (Richard) of New Bern, NC, Margaret Miller of Brooklyn, NY; sister of the heart, Gladie Preston (Alex); a special niece, Tyesha Johnson (Craig); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
