Obituary For Robert Gene Blair, Sr.

MR. ROBERT GENE BLAIR, SR. - Age 70, of Summerville, Georgia passed away Sunday December 9, 2018 at his residence. He was born to the late David Blair, Sr. and Francis Ware Blair on November 22, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio and was employed by Mohawk Industries. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara Blair, Elaine Farmer, Debra Elkins, and brother, David Blair, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Dupree Blair; sons, Robert G. Blair, Jr. of Summerville and Gwynne Shropshire of Dalton, Georgia; daughters, Filicity Blair, Tamme Brown of Summerville, and Latosha Blair of Carrollton, Georgia; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Charles Blair of Cleveland, Tennessee and Larry Blair of Cleveland, Ohio; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at New Bethel Baptist Church, 281 Georgia Avenue, Summerville, Georgia 30747, with Pastor Kevin Roach and other ministers officiating.
