Ms. Mildred Minter McDowell passed away on June 25, 2025. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 12 PM at St. James AME Church 514 Funderburg Dr. Monticello, GA. Interment Riverview Cemetery.

Viewing will be Saturday at the church at 10 AM until the hour of service.
