A Celebration of the Life of James Tinsley will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at New Faith International, 13 Ark Main St., Spartanburg, SC. Pastor Rosavelt Copeland will officiate. Burial will be in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2310 Cannons Campground Rd., Drayton, SC.
