Marlon Lavern Jones, known as Julian, Ju or most importantly “Dad”, was born in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania to Inez Jones and Lee Bran. Julian moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and was adopted by Iris and Kenneth Winters.

Julian attained his GED at the age of 15. He had the ability to light up any room with his sense of humor and charisma. He really loved his kids and was always around them and they loved him dearly. He touched many hearts, and he will be truly missed.

Julian is survived by his wife, Dariel Winters; his children, Ka’Shawn Winters, Julian Winters, Jr., Ju’ells Winters, Creed Joppy, Lee’onna Black, Ka’Morah Winters and Mia’Morah Winters; his parents, Inez Jones and Lee Bran; his siblings, Justine, Jayden, Jase, Jasmine and Jena Winters and Shantel Jones and numerous other family and friends that loved him.

His life will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025 in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with viewing and visitation from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 p.m.
