Known to many as “Freddie” passed away from an extended illness at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, in Lexington, Kentucky on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Freddie is the father of Valerie Clay,
Lil Warren, Denise Jones, Yvette Jackson,Theophilus Clay Sr. , Laranda Smith, Junic Clay, and Emily Beasley.
