PEARSON, Mr. Wardell N., a resident of Tuskegee, AL, passed July 12, 2025, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Sweet Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, Tuskegee, AL, Bishop K.K. Middleton, Pastor. Interment will follow in the Bethel Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Milstead, AL, McKenzie's Funeral Home Staff, directing. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Pearson will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
