She was preceded in death by her Father Freddie Lee Orgovan; grandparents, Frank(Mary) Orgovan and James(Juanita) Blanks. She leaves to cherish her memories two children; Son, Scott Owen Dowdell III of Rhode Island; Daughter, Hailey Elizabeth Raine Rasco of Gadsden, Al.; Mother, Mary Lynn Orgovan; Brother, James Frank Orgovan; Step-mother, Kathy Orgovan; Two nephews, Micheal Orgovan and Cameron Rasco; Niece, Madison Rasco; She leaves a host of relatives and friends.
