Celebration of Life Services for Christopher Carl Sims of Locust Grove, Georgia will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025, 11:00 AM at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 643 Bethlehem Road, Locust Grove, Georgia 30248. Pastor L. D. Wilson, Eulogist.

Remains will be placed in-state at 10:00 AM.
Interment: Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery

Public viewing will be held Friday, July 25, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Henderson Funeral Services, 744 Brownlee Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233.

Christopher Carl Sims leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Stephanie Sims Rich (Phillip) and Selena Sims Watkins (Larry, Jr. “L J”); sons, LaCharles Benton (Lawana) and Jimmy Daniel; and grandchildren: Keyunta Daniel, Zacchaeus James, Kyla Watkins, Timya Daniel, LaXavion Benton, Madison Rich, Kamden Watkins, Chelsea Rich, Andrajhez Bowden, and Londyn Benton; siblings: Morris (Vanessa) Sims, Lena Sims, Jimmie (Martha) Sims, Mary Bradley, Freddie Sims, Thomas Sims, and Lisa (James) Hightower.

He is also survived by his godchildren: Quintrel Russell “T-Red,” Quantas Terrell, Jeremiah Slaughter “Skybo,” and Alexius Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Carl’s legacy of love, service, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
