In Loving Memory of Carl Jay Thomas, Jr.
October 3, 1993 – July 16, 2025

Carl Jay Thomas, Jr., age 31, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, formerly of Salem, New Jersey, passed away on July 16, 2025.

Carl was a free spirit with an artist’s soul. He expressed his deepest thoughts and emotions through his incredible talent for drawing. Those who knew Carl remember his contagious energy, sharp wit, and his ability to bring life and laughter into any room.

He was a loving son, a loyal brother, and most importantly, a father.
His two sons, Camden Thomas and Jaxon Thomas, were the center of his universe—his greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. No matter what battles he faced, Carl always showed up for his family, with unwavering love and fierce loyalty.

Carl’s life was one of deep compassion. He loved with his entire soul—unconditionally, without hesitation. His presence left a lasting impact, and his absence leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of many.

He is survived by his beloved Mother, Margie Deering; his siblings, Ariel Snover, Autumn Southard, Nicholas Camp, Kaitlyn Williams, and Scott Williams Jr.; and his cherished children, Camden and Jaxon.
Carl was also the proud uncle to Aubree, Alaina, Isabella, Rhylee, Bricen, Jameson, Amia, Abel, and Carter, all of whom he loved deeply.
