Ms. Elven ‘Evelyn’ Crawford, 78, of 717 Parkview Street, Shelby, NC, passed away on July 31, 2025. She was born on February 4, 1947, in Shelby, NC, to the late Mr. Gussie Henry Crawford and Mrs. Willie Jewel Tory Crawford.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Shelby, NC. The reception of family and friends will be held from 2:30 until 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery.
