Ms. Anna Borders Hogue, 81, of Shelby, NC passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Wendover Hospice VIA Health Partners in Shelby, NC. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Thamon Caleb Borders and Annie Ruth Borders on July 13, 1944.

The family will be receiving family and friends on Friday, August 8 from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 1-4 p.m. at 118 Thamon Road, Shelby, NC.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Washington Missionary Baptist Church. The reception of friends and family will be from 1:30 - 2 p.m. at the church.
