Obituary For Mr. Frank Charles Williams

Frank Charles Williams, son of Carolyn Crawford and the late Eddie D. Bethea, was born on October 29, 1967 in Dillon County, South Carolina. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, December 25,2018.

Frank attended the public schools of Dillon County, but completed school at Job Corp where he obtained his certification in Culinary Arts. Frank was one of the hardest working individuals you would ever meet. He was known to work several jobs at one time and still find the time to help a neighbor or friends with other miscellaneous tasks. Frank had a very easy going and calm spirit.

Preceding Frank in death was his brother: Sylvester Williams and a sister: Mary H. Mayes. Frank is survived by his mother: Carolyn Crawford of the home; his daughter: Charlene Williams of Dillon, South Carolina; his brother: Johnnie L. Williams of Latta, South Carolina; grandchildren: Marcel Dials, Danielle Dials, Ah’Mill Rogers. He also leaves to cherish his memory: Fannie Manning who cared for him at a young age; special friend: Billy Powers; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
