Homegoing Services for Ms. Betty Jean Sims, of Decatur, GA., will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, 11:00 A.M. at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary. Interment, Lincoln Cemetery, Atlanta, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Ms. Sims leaves to cherish her memories her children, Mr. James R. Sims, Anjenette Sims, William C. Sims (Petrina) and Richard Barnwell; grandchildren, Darrell Curney, William Lewis, Clinesha Sims, Joshua Sims, and Marquez Little; great-grandchildren, Darrien Cash, Jada Mackey, Taylor Curney, Leland Little, Mariah Little; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
