OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA for Ms. Debra Ann Guilbeaux, 60, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 26, 2025 in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be held in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Opelousas, LA.

Rev. Todd Jones, Pastor of True Fellowship Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Ms. Guilbeaux’s memories are being cherished by: one son, Kenneth Guilbeaux of Lafayette, LA; one daughter, Hope Guilbeaux of Lafayette, LA; her bonus mother, Merline Quebedeaux Simmons of Opelousas, LA; four brothers, Donald Guilbeaux, Ronald Guilbeaux and Paul Wayne Lazard, all of Opelousas, LA and Arthur Lee Guilbeaux of New Orleans, LA; one sister, Katina Sias Morris (James) of Opelousas, LA; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her mother, Catherine Guilbeaux; her father, Charlie Sias; one brother, Kenneth Sias; and one sister, Hope Lynette Guilbeaux Sias.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
