Funeral Services for Ms. Emma Louise Banks, of Decatur, GA., will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, 1:00 P.M. at County Line United Methodist Church, 4031 Old River Rd., Ellenwood, GA., with her remains placed in repose at 12:00 NOON. Dr. Betty Jones, Pastor, Minister James Collier, Officiating. Interment, County Line U.M.C. Cemetery. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, 9:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M.

Ms. Banks leaves to cherish her loving memories, 3 sons, Sterling Banks (Kathy), Kelvie Banks (Ruby), Steward Banks (Roeen); 1 daughter, Levern Banks; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Saturday, at 12:00 NOON.
