Lawana Christian, 65, of Chicago, IL. passed away on July 30, 2025. She was born March 27, 1960 to the late Herbert Burrows, Sr., and Hildred Jean Clibourn. She attended Corliss High School in Chicago, IL. She is preceded in death by her parents: Herbert Burrows, Sr., and Hildred Jean Clibourn; husband: Darryl Christian; brothers: Larry Burrows and Herbert Burrows, Jr.; and grandson: De’Shawn King. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter: Kimberly (Kenneth) Spencer; sons: Sean Burrows and Antonio Thornton; grandchildren: Ikenna Pearson, Tavonna Pearson, and Kendrick Burrows; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers: Lynn Burrows and Robert Burrows; sisters: Sabrina, Linda Burrows, Shirly Tyson, Pumkin Burrows, Cynthia Burrows, and Ieisha Burrows; and aunt: Marva Joe.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service that we be held at a later date.
