Darlene worked the majority of her nursing career at Bowie Memorial Hospital and retired from Integracare Home Health in 2008. Darlene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend and a member of Central Baptist Church since 1971.
Darlene loved the Lord and her family with all her heart and soul. She enjoyed road trips with her sister Cynthia, dancing anywhere she heard a beat, and singing hymns even though she always said it was out of tune. She embodied brilliance, compassion, and nurturing qualities. Her servant’s heart and exceptional nursing skills were a testament to her remarkable character.
