Memorial service for Lee Harris, 85, of Opelika, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 25, 2025, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel, Reverend Perry will officiate.

Mr. Harris, who passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at his home in Opelika, Alabama, was born November 14, 1939, in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memory: two sisters, Jimmie Maddox and Sylvia (Joseph) Beard both of Opelika, AL; fiancé, Doris Spinks of Auburn, AL; five nieces, Ebony Stinson, Brandy Stinson both of Atlanta, GA, Margie Maddox, Faye Brooks both of Opelika, AL and Gwendolyn (Olasta) Finley Lafayette, AL; six nephews, Daemond Stinson, Willie George Maddox, Arthur James (Cherrie) Harris, Charles (Pat) Brooks of Salem, Alabama, Bernard (Sharon) Brooks all of Opelika, AL and Lindsay Ward, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
