Ruby Estell Smith, 87, of Memphis, TN passed away on August 20, 2025 at her home in Memphis, Tennessee. Ruby was born on March 20, 1938 to Weston and Mary Johnson in Greenwood, Mississippi. She is survived by two children, Louis Smith of Memphis, TN and Angela E Smith of Memphis, TN. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Johnson and Weston McCain. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes 374 Vance Ave Memphis, TN 38126. Funeral services will be on Friday, August 29th, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Mt Gilliam Baptist Church 1029 Raymond St, Memphis, TN 38114.
