MR. CLINTON PHILLIPS, JR., age 83, departed this life on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at his residence, surrounded by his loving and devoted family.

The Homegoing Services will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will follow in the family plot of Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery, Pageland, South Carolina.

The Phillips Family will greet family and friends on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 12:00-1:00 pm at Smith's Memorial Chapel and at all other times at the family residence.

The public viewing will take place on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. at Smith's Funeral Home.
