Kevin Hemphill, 67, of Georgia, was born on April 14, 1958, to the late Fred and Estelle Hemphill. He passed away on September 8, 2025, in Georgia.

A Home Going Celebration for Kevin O. Hemphill, Sr. will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Parker Funeral Home, 870 Saluda Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730. Reverend Michael Smith will officiate the service.
The interment will occur at Barber Memorial Cemetery.
