Mrs. Lula Hunter Parsons Flowers passed away September 12, 2025, at The Greens at Gastonia, located in Gastonia, North Carolina.

She is preceded in death by her parents Zettie and George Hunter of Newton, NC, a brother, Eddie Hunter, husband Larry “Dinker” Flowers of Taylorsville, NC., and daughter Ronda Parsons.

She leaves to cherish her memories her first husband William Junior Parsons of Taylorsville, NC, son William Edward Parsons (Mary) of Harmony, NC, daughter, Tonya Parsons Hague of Lincolnton, NC, seven sisters and one brother; Annette McClough of Gastonia, NC, Georgia Revell (Donell) of Hickory NC, Bertha Gaither (Charles) of Newton, NC, Linda Hayes (James) of Newton, NC, Theodora Hunter of Newton, NC, Shirley Hunter of Hickory, NC, Ronald Hunter of Raleigh, NC, and Tina Hunter, of Hickory, NC, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial service on Thursday; September 18, 2025 at Gregory Funeral Service Chapel at 2:00 p.m.
