Dwayne Dishawn Mays, 32, tragically passed away. He was born in High Point, NC, on January 2, 1993 to Misty Hardy and Dwayne Mays.

Dwayne will sit amongst angels who preceded him: his father, Dwayne Mays, paternal grandmother, Debra Moffit, maternal grandparents, James Hardy and Doris Hawkins, and cousins, Qumaine Pratt and Jimmy Hardy.

The life and legacy of Dwayne will continue with his mother, Misty Hardy and step-mother, Vivian Mays; his children, Dj, Pj, Denim, and Amora; his brothers, Danarius, Bryce, and Cordarius; sisters, Raquel, Mya, Arvie and De’yahia, special aunts, Tonia Hardy, Telisa (Jimmy) Hardy, and Tonya (Darren) Mays, uncles, John, and Monte; lifelong friends, Fate, Foot, Tight-Rope, and Black; and a host of family and friends; although not named you were special to him.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Solid Rock Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
