Funeral services for Mr. John Wesley Bovain, 59, of Orangeburg, SC, will be held 1:00pm, Friday, October 3, 2025, at Simmons Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel, 2868 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, with interment to follow at St. James Church of God Cemetery, Kennerly Road.

Mr. Bovain passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at MUSC Health-Columbia Downtown.

Public viewing will be held Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 2-6 pm.
