OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Community Chapel Church of God In Christ, 1606 W. College Ave., Opelousas, LA for Mr. Marvin Ray Wyble, 57, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 Baton Rouge, LA. Interment will be in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Opelousas, LA.

Rev. Frank L. Ford, Pastor of Community Chapel Church of God In Christ, will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Wyble’s memories are being cherished by: his son, Nicholas Wyble of Rougon, LA; his mother, Virgie Dejean of Baton Rouge, LA; one brother, Troy (Cassandra) Kennerson of Carencro, LA; two sisters, Stephanie (Cornelius) Morris and Constance Guillory (Clinton Gosey), both of Baton Rouge, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: father, Barney Lawrence Wyble; paternal grandparents, Moses Wyble and Lucinda Emmerson; and maternal grandparents, Clayton and Lillian Alexander Kennerson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Community Chapel Church of God In Christ.
