Constance Brooks, 72, died Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Prisma Health Tuomey, Sumter, SC. She was born August 7, 1953 in Baltimore, MD. A daughter of the late Mary Alice Brooks.

Public viewing will be held 2PM til 6PM

Funeral services will be held 3PM Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC.

The family is receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Cynthia Lemon, 1644 Spigner Rd. Alcolu, SC. 5PM til 8PM daily.
