Carol Coe-Horrigan, 71, of Largo, Florida, went into the arms of Jesus on October 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Waterbury, CT, and raised in a treasured farmhouse in Wolcott, she was the youngest of the "Coe Girls", daughters of Albert "Al" and Marion "Betty" Coe. Carol and her late husband, Dan, shared 49 wonderful years together and a deep love of the sea, which took them on countless adventures aboard their sailboat, Lonestar, eventually sailing from New England to Florida.
After a successful career in banking, Carol retired and devoted her time to family, friends, her community, and lovingly cared for her late husband, Dan.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Horrigan, her parents, and her sister Dorothy Melillo. She is survived by her loving sisters Eileen (William) Jensen and Janet Coe Graham, as well as her cherished niece and nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A private memorial service will be held with family.
