BRANCH – Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025 Maryland Chapel Methodist Church, 588 Dr. Parrot Dr., Branch, LA for Mrs. Mary Alice Bolden, 88, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 in Port Allen, LA. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Pastor Jessie Banks of Maryland Chapel will officiate the service.

Mrs. Bolden’s memories are being cherished by: her two sons, Henry Bolden, Jr. and Charles LeBlanc, both of Rayne, LA; two daughters, Brenda Bolden of Rayne, LA, Demetrice Bolden Payne (Tennyson) of Port Allen, LA; one brother, Willis Minix of Bogalusa, LA; eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Henry Bolden, Sr.; her parents, Luther and Beatrice Vallery Minix; one daughter, Linda Bolden; one sister, Helen Chevis; one grandson, Tyler Roberts; and two nephews, William Joseph Board, IV and Jonathon Minix.
