Ms. Brenda Gail Rouse was born June 18, 1956, in Nashville, Tennessee. She departed this sweet life on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at West Meade Place in Nashville, Tennessee.

Brenda was educated in the Metro Nashville Public Schools. She continued her education by attending Nashville State Technical schools majoring in accounting.

Brenda was baptized and was a member of Schrader Lane Church of Christ.

She was employed by Vanderbilt University Medical Center for several years and was blessed to achieve retirement. In 2017. She continued to be active and worked part-time for Flower of Nashville Florist and assisted her daughter in her caregiving company.

Brenda enjoyed listening and dancing, she also loved to travel and visit casinos. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her daughter and grandchildren.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Delores Perkins Miller.

Those left to celebrate her life and cherish her memories are her loving and devoted daughter, Latonya Jones, grandchildren, Lakeia, Desmond, Mya Jones and Preston Davis, great grandchildren, Calob and Desmond, Jr., sister, Patricia Williams, brothers, John (Mozell) Smith, Alfred (Cheryl) Miller, Gerald (Allysion) Hart, Steve (Evelyn) Hart, George Hart, nine nephews, 19, nieces, devoted friends, Wanda Armstrong, Fred Garner and Rose Jennings a host of other relatives and friends.
