David Boyd Jr. 89, of Belhaven, North Carolina was called to rest on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Greendale Forest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Snow Hill, N. C.

His service is 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 1, 2025 at at New Hope Pentecostal Holiness Faith Church 151 Beaufort St., Pantego, N. C. The interment with Military Honors will be held at Northside Cemetery, Belhaven, N. C.

He is survived by his son, Frederick Boyd of Mesquite, TX; sister, Idelia Bunch, Boston MA; niece, Yvonne Selby, Belhaven; nephew, Stephen Boyd, New Bern.
