Helen Flournoy-Bell from Atlanta, Georgia (formerly from Dothan, Alabama) was born on August 28, 1944.

She departed this life on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA. She is preceded in death by one child, Amos Bell.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Sheila Bell Hawkins; five grandchildren, Adrienne Bell Abdus-Salaam, Micah (Cherish Olivia) Bell Hall, Adrianna Bell, Amos Bell, and Aaron Bell; five great-grandchildren, Ajai, Tristan, Ahja, Zuri, and Ronin; one sister Barbara Harvey and one brother Farrell Flournoy; and a host of family and friends.
