Glossy Beatrice Payne Bell age 80 was born in Moscow, TN to the late Charlie and Christine Payne, Sr. She transitioned this life on October 26, 2025 peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving husband and children. She is survived by her husband James H. Bell, her daughters Linda Reddick, Carolyn (Don) Jackson, Teresa (Marvell) Donaldson, Catina (Rickie) Johnson, Lola Bell, Azlee Bell, Anthony Smith, Kenneth (Yolanda) Smith, Joseph (Anette) Bell, John (Diane) Bell, James (Mary) Bell and Richard Bell, 2 brothers Charles Payne, Charlie (Carrie) Payne, Jr., 1 sister, Helen Payne, 1 uncle, Joseph Payne, her dear cousin Hattie Perkins, her friend and caretaker Mrs. Debbie (Sam) Woods and a close/dear friend Mother Eula Gaines of San Diego, CA, twenty-seven grandchildren, forty-two great-grandchildren, and twenty great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and all who loved her.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 9:00am-10:55am with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00am both will be held at Gateway COGIC 2201 Ketchum Rd, Memphis, TN 38114.

Internment will be in Memorial Park Southwoods 5485 Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN 38125
