OPELOUSAS – A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home for Mr. David Hebert, 60, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Ochsner Lafayette Medical Center in Lafayette, LA.

Pastor Hilda Richard will officiate the celebration of life.

Mr. Hebert’s memories are being cherished by: his mother, Janell Hebert of Opelousas, LA; one son, Jasmin Roberson of Texas; three daughters, Regina Roberson, Tranquella Brito (Anthony) and Shanequa Roberson, all of Opelousas, LA; one brother, Johnavel (Angela) Hebert of Opelousas, LA; one sister, Victoria Melancon (Vernon) of Lafayette, LA; three grandchildren, Braylen Mouton, Jamore Mouton, Jr. and Jaiceon Mouton; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his father, Theophile Hebert; one brother, John Hebert; one sister, Cecelia Hebert; paternal grandparents; and maternal grandparents.
